Kenvue General Terms & Conditions
The General Terms & Conditions set out on this page — either for services, or for the supply of direct materials (including raw materials and packaging) in our regions — and any Market Specific terms and conditions listed here, are applicable to purchase orders issued by Kenvue companies based in each of the markets listed below. These terms and conditions apply to the supply of goods and/or services to all Kenvue companies.
If you are supplying direct materials to a Kenvue company, the “direct materials” terms and conditions set out here for the relevant geographic region (being the region in which the Kenvue entity you are supplying is located), or market (if listed here in the “Regional / Market Direct Materials Supply” section), will apply to your purchase order.
If you are supplying services, or goods other than direct materials, to a Kenvue company based in a market which is not listed here (meaning the terms are not yet available in the language of your market), the “Global” version of the General Terms & Conditions will apply.
The General Terms & Conditions listed here will be incorporated into each Purchase Order, as more specifically described in the terms themselves.
