The start of 2025 marks the beginning of a new chapter at Kenvue — our move to a new Global Headquarters in Summit, New Jersey. This purpose-built campus will bring us together to deliver superior performance, unlock higher levels of engagement and growth, and help our teams find their extraordinary every day.
Designed with sustainability, well-being and inclusive design in mind, here are the seven things you need to know:
1. One Kenvue Way is centrally located in Summit, New Jersey.
Why Summit? Its reputation as a hub for technology and innovation matches our mission to stay at the forefront of industry trends while both reinforcing our commitment to New Jersey and giving us proximity to major transportation centers, New York City, international airports and train stations.
Summit’s high quality of life, including excellent schools, parks and amenities, will further enhance the well-being and satisfaction of our Kenvue team members and promotes our people-first approach. The city’s vibrant downtown adds even more value, with access to top-tier dining, shopping and more.
2. The labs and offices no longer live separately.
Our sprawling campus is 290,000 square feet of office and lab space, designed for high collaboration, strategic planning and immersive experiences. These labs represent the literal and figurative breaking down of walls between R&D and other Kenvue functions, enabling continuous product testing, rapid prototyping and real-time customer insights. While the R&D lab is still under construction and plans to open in 2026, right off of Main Street, Kenvuers can find other innovative labs, including:
- The Insights Lab: a multi-room experience designed to enhance immersion with Kenvue products, including a 270-degree screen to project a virtual store where partners and Kenvuers can experience our products as they would in a retail setting
- The Sensory Lab: an onsite research facility where products can be rigorously tested to gather consumer feedback and reactions in real time
- The Design Lab: a creative space where we can demonstrate our human-centered design approach to our products, using prototyping and 3D & 2D modeling equipment to create customized, brand-focused packaging solutions and show our products’ design journey through multiple stages of development
3. Meet on Main Street.
Right past the lobby, Kenvuers and visitors will find Main Street, which is the heart of the building. Here, the double-height, light-flooded space is filled with ample (and different types of) seating to meet and dine. Main Street also serves as the building’s connector to all “neighborhoods” and their amenities. Along Main Street is also The Store, which allows visitors and employees to purchase their favorite Kenvue products. The Store is equipped with interactive displays to showcase our brands on their best day and serves as a visual reminder of our 135+ years of experience, providing care in the moments that matter most.
4. Spaces enable working from anywhere.
We know each individual has a personal preference on how — and where — they like to work. That’s why we designed a space that enables Kenvuers to work from anywhere, including outside, with ergonomic furniture, Wi-Fi and power throughout. “Neighborhoods,” or various sections of the building, are allocated based on workflows. They are fluid, flexible and welcoming, and encourage Kenvuers to work from any neighborhood that unlocks performance. The outdoor space, coming soon, will include a great lawn with dining, meeting and recreation areas.
5. Our HQ is more than a place to work.
At Kenvue we put people first, and our new home is being built with that at its core. That’s why our Global Headquarters is specially designed to be a place where Kenvuers can do more than just work. Various amenities include a coffee shop, a fitness center, a health clinic, a nursing room, an interfaith room, and a mindspace room to ensure physical and mental well-being.
6. The building has been built with sustainability in mind.
Our new home was designed with sustainability in mind and fosters connections and wellness. The building itself is LEED Gold certified, designed to use fewer resources, create less waste and respect the local habitat. Aligned with our Healthy Lives Mission and commitment to reduce our environmental footprint, the new Global Headquarters in Summit reflects our company’s commitment to a healthy planet.
7. Inclusivity and belonging were integral to its design.
At Kenvue, we foster a culture of belonging: Our campus incorporates inclusive and universal design principles to ensure accessibility and comfort for all Kenvuers, including those with bodyfit, mobility and neurodiverse needs.
